HOW TO FILM AN ALIEN

UH EXPOSÉ 2025

For my final year, within a small team of two, my team created a short comedy called 'How To Film An Alien'.For a project with of two, a live action comedy was very ambitious. We had to get creative with the VFX we depicted, opting for a water simulation and an invisible ship. There were so many people who helped, including those that donated! And collaborating with Film & TV for audio production was first for our course.I am credited as the Project Lead, Producer, Director, Compositor, Editor and Colourist.

INFESTED

UH EXPOSÉ 2023

During my second year at University of Hertfordshire, we created a short live action horror film called 'Infested'. We had the pleasure of having our film make it into the University's Film Festival.This project succeeded despite many setbacks, hurdles and a lot of uncertainty. I am very proud of the team (left to right): Katelyn Brain, Tace Rogers and Alex Silva.I am credited as the Producer, Technical Director and for Lighting, Rendering, Compositing, Editing and Colour touchups.

Hi, I'm Zele

My name is Zenzele Kabara-Clarke, but please call me Zele (zay-lee).I have degree in 3D Animation and Visual Effects, and A Levels in Maths, Further Maths & Fine Art.Filmmaking, production and directing are particular interests of mine. I love to edit videos and I'm planning to pursue bigger projects directing films, writing stories for games (currently a founder of Warblium Studios) and building a community of creatives.
After being mentored by Hamid Ibrahim (CEO of Kugali Media), I better understand what it would take to become a feature film director and I am on that journey. If you're interested in working with me, please do get in contact~I am a storyteller. Whether its video, portraiture, writing or language, my deepest passion is for capturing and re-imagining ideas and people's lives as stories. After travelling to Seoul, my perspective of the world changed in an irreversible way. There's so many different ways of life, different types of people, different stories and a plethora of irreplaceable experiences. And they are all what makes us human, all equally worth embracing and sharing. I am to do as much storytelling as I can.I guess that's me!
